Frequently asked questions
How is the tutor chosen?
After the assessment, we select a certified tutor based on your child's level, the curriculum they follow (Senegalese, French or American/bilingual), the subjects involved and where you live — never a random assignment.
What is the difference between the Discovery Pack and the Intensive Pack?
The number of monthly sessions and the intensity of follow-up increase from one plan to the next. The Discovery Pack suits occasional support; the Intensive Pack is built for serious exam preparation (BFEM, BAC) at a sustained pace.
Can sessions be held online?
Yes. Alongside home tutoring, a fully online format is available for families who prefer it or who live outside our covered areas.
How do parents follow their child's progress?
After each session the tutor records an assessment (mastered / in progress / struggling) with a note and, where useful, a photo or video — all visible in the parent space, with month-by-month progress tracking.
Do you teach the international curriculum in English?
Yes. We work with families following American and bilingual programmes, and the parent space is fully available in English.
